The first peak of the morning sun has the capacity to set the course for our entire day. Rising early to greet the sun is a time-honored tradition not just for yogis and farmers, but anyone that is compelled by finding peace, meaning and solitude in our natural world. Early morning invokes a quiet quality into our lives where the noise of day has not yet peaked and offers us an opportunity to step in a contemplative space of awareness, prayer and reflection. Mornings can be periods of transformation for us and all of nature.
At the intersection of place and person, you will step into a dance with light, nature, yoga, meditation, and intention as you explore a new morning ritual, Earth Art. We will invite nature to take us on an adventure, to slow us down and drink in her elixir as we wander over the Earth, seeking the gifts of fallen branches, twigs, leaves, pods, plants and whatever else arises and connects us to place. With your treasures in tow, we will create small offerings of reverence. You will be guided on the importance of clearing space and how to go about creating an intentional offering to the Earth, that is linked to every moment of your life. Once our sacred offerings are built, you will be guided and taught the Gayatri mantra with mudra sequence to offer your collective voices and blessings to the Earth as we dwell in the symphony of the ongoing rhythms and resonance of each other and nature as a whole. Our vibration will remain in the space long after we move along to find a coveted place to rise to a flowing movement sequence, in honor of the intimate relationship we each share with the Earth. Finally, we journey back together — just as we started – but somehow different.
Be seized by nature and join us for this 2.5-hour Earth Art experience — where nature meets inspiration — where inspiration meets your awareness – and, where you meet the joy of place. This is for anyone that desires to reduce stress, nourish their mind/body and spirit, raise their vibration, receive insight from nature and, welcome wellness into their life.
