The Third Eye And 5 Lesser-Known Truths About It

by Conscious Reminder

The concept of a ‘third eye’ is quite popular in areas of spiritual health. They say that divine Enlightenment opens up the ‘eye’ of knowledge and intuition.

As per mythology, and the scriptures, it is located in the central point of our forehead, helping us harness the energies of nature and human life.

While we have heard ample statements regarding its mystic existence, here are five authentic facts you should be aware of:

1. You Aren’t Specially Blessed With it.

Homo sapiens have a tendency of considering themselves to be much superior to any race or kind, but the one they belong to. Most of us have never considered that the fields of spirituality and Enlightenment might not be strictly restricted to the human world.

According to research, most mammals are gifted with this mystic power. In Pixar’s Coco, they depicted animals as spirit guides. Disney can never be wrong, can they?

2. The Eye Is Physically Present.

It isn’t a wild concept that the world has been feeding us for generations. While it is obviously not as prominent or well-formed as the other two eyes, the tissues associated with it exist in our bodies.

The blueprint of our eyeballs is quite similar to the third one we cannot see. Anatomy is testament to the fact that this is not a myth.

3. The Eye Is Ticking.

Have you ever heard of the body clock? It is the regular pattern of waking and sleeping that your body follows. This is why you feel groggy is you go to bed way past your usual bed-time, or wake up too early.

The third eye is responsible for the chemical reactions and signals that keep this clock in order. Before we became slaves to our corporate and academic commitments, the third eye would align our body-cycle with that of the sun.

It was a healthy approach. By gradually losing ourselves to erratic sleep cycles, insomnia, and unhealthy habits, we are becoming the breeding ground for deadly illnesses.

4. It Can Give You A Good Trip.

A laboratory literally used rats to find this fact for you. If you have ever been acquainted with Depression, you know the value of serotonin- the happiness hormone. Your brain secretes it, absorbs it, and then secretes it again.

For clinically depressed patients, the brain releases less serotonin the second time, causing the literal lack of happiness. It has been discovered that the pineal gland (third eye) has Dimethyltryptamine, which works like the happiness hormone.

It can also induce hallucinations if triggered by substance abuse.

5. Films Are Obsessed With It.

As soon as humanity is introduced to a concept they don’t quite understand, they make supernatural movies out of it. So, a lot of screen-goddesses and supervillains have a literal third eye painted on them. The CGI is hyper-dramatic, and hilariously inappropriate.

The truth is that nobody knows the extent of its powers, yet. Is it destructive? Is it going to bring us world peace, someday? Do we have to do something to activate it?

None of us really know or have the time to find out. Until NASA broadcasts the answer to us, let’s revel in some quality but inaccurate television.

AWAKENING I

Please read all of the following;

If you wish to perform this exercise, you need to understand what you will be doing. It is important to follow the instructions as this is somewhat advanced:

The Third Eye is directly related to the 6th chakra — the psychic chakra, located on the middle of the forehead above the brows. It is closely associated with the “pineal” gland. The pineal gland is dormant in most people, as is the true Third Eye.

French Philosopher Rene Descartes believed the pineal gland to be “the seat of the soul” where mind and body met.

In the average person, the pineal gland is atrophied, [calcified] and dormant. The following exercise will change that. Please read this thoroughly, as much of the exercises I write of are very advanced and can cause problems if one does not do them correctly.

The pineal gland is like a pea in size; like a shriveled raisin in most people where it remains dormant.

Opening the pineal gland/3rd eye:

This is done with a specific tone and chant. You only need to do this exercise for 3 days, afterwards, it is permanent.

The mantra to be used is “Thoh,” pronounced “TOE.”

It must be within the correct vibration.

Not deep, not high pitched, in between, like alto range.

You will feel it when you hit the correct tone. So play around and don’t second guess yourself. When you think you’ve got it, you probably do.

1. Sit with your back straight.

2. Breathe in through your nose and hold your breath as long as is comfortable.

Open your jaws so there is a small space between your top and bottom teeth.

Place the tip of your tongue between the space of your slightly parted teeth.

3. Put a very light pressure onto the tongue with your teeth.

This is like the same process of saying the “TH” part of the English word “the.”

Once your tongue is in position, release your breath slowly through your mouth, saying T-H-H-O-H-H in one long exhale.

Say the word one time per exhale. Your tongue will be vibrating between your teeth.

You should feel the air moving past your tongue and teeth.

If this technique is done properly, you will feel a pressure or sensation in your jaw and cheeks. The tone will also vibrate in your third eye.

It may take a few seconds to adjust this, don’t worry, just keep going.

4. Do the above 5 times in a row.

5. It is very important the above exercise be done for 3 consecutive days, 24 hours apart. Then it is a done deal.
________________________________________________

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

1. One of the first experiences is a headache or pressure in the center of the forehead. This sensation may also feel like it is originating from within, usually an inch or more beneath the surface of the forehead. This is a positive indication the pineal gland is awakening and beginning to function in a healthy manner.

*Some people can experience a migraine lasting several hours, so to be safe it is recommended that you try this in the evening when you do not have work to do. The severity of the side effects will depend on how atrophied/calcified your pineal gland is to begin with.

2. After the occurrence of headache or pressure in the forehead, you may wake up one morning with a throbbing or tingling sensation in your forehead; it may feel like a goosebump.

The feeling may be very intense, like something is there. The sensation of pulsing or throbbing will continue throughout the day, and you may “hear” sounds coming from within your head, such as light popping or crackling sensations.

These are the final physiological events you may experience after opening up your third eye.
It indicates your pineal gland is awakened, functioning and alive.
________________________________________________

PSYCHIC EFFECTS:

You may experience any or all of these to varying degrees:

  • Faster, easier learning and retention
  • Marked increase in intuition
  • Increased creativity
  • Clairvoyance (psychic vision) opens up
  • Clairaudience (psychic hearing) opens up
  • Clairsentience (psychic feeling/touching) opens up

This is a very powerful exercise, and as with all powerful practices, your body may go through discomfort in order to adapt.

AWAKENING II

In order for this to work properly, you must have already performed the Awakening I exercise.

I included this above for those who are new.

It is very important to wait for 10-14 days following Awakening I, before you go onto Awakening II, otherwise the exercises won’t be effective. Your body needs time to adapt and get the energy flow going.

This exercise is completely euphoric and intensely pleasurable. Unlike Awakening I, this should be done once a week, and given the blissful effects that are lasting when done correctly, most people will enjoy doing so.

Breath in deeply and hold your breath for a count of five.

Repeat this three times.

This helps you to be relaxed and focused.

Now focus all of your attention upon your third eye.

You should begin to feel a sensation similar to the effects of the Awakening I exercise — a slight pressure or awareness of the spot of your third eye.

Now, take a deep breath as you did for the Awakening I exercise.

Hold it for as long as comfortable  — do not push this —  and release your breath, vibrating the word “MAY.” This is pronounced like the English language word for the month of May.

It should all come out at one time- M-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-ay, gradually and slowly.

It is ok to adjust your pitch. The tone should be alto.

Breath in again, and repeat this five times.

You need to hit a certain pitch. You will know when you do, for you will feel this in your head. Do the best you can.

Now, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT:

When vibrating the word “MAY,” feel the energy going into your head, first into your third eye area, then into the middle of your brain, and then to the top of your head where your crown chakra is located.

REMEMBER: Concentrate on your forehead (third eye area), then the middle of your brain, and finally the top of your head.

This is done for the duration of each chant.

1. Breath in.

2. Begin to exhale, vibrating “MAY.”

3. Concentrate on your third eye.

4. Concentrate on the middle of your brain.

5. Concentrate on the top of your head and finish exhaling the vibration.

Repeat four more times.

The effects of this exercise are extremely pleasurable.

A feeling of lightness can occur immediately following the exercise.

Some people may feel energy or tingling inside their heads, or completely covering their heads; a slight pressure in the crown area and intense euphoria is also common.

The blissful state can occur hours and even days later.

This will eventually become permanent and will greatly assist in void , clairvoyance, and the development of other psychic and paranormal senses.

The Amazing “Tensor Ring”: Pineal Gland Activator and Much More

Within a Tensor Ring is an infinite source of energy that is neither electric nor magnetic. Its output is beneficial and healing to all life forms. It is a superconductor. It neutralizes magnetic fields. It brings coherency to chaos, and it produces a measurable gravitational effect. Beyond all this, a Tensor Ring is simple and inexpensive to create.

Tensor Rings were conceived by the late Slim Spurling, a world famous geo-dowser with an interest in metaphysics and a vision of planetary healing.

His story has been documented in two books which I encourage you to read.

Slim knew that linear objects have polarity. He found evidence for it in trees – and in a length of wire. Playing with this concept, Slim formed a closed loop that resulted in an electromagnetic column of energy emitted perpendicular to the enclosed loop.

“Beneficial” energy was produced on one side of the loop while “non-beneficial” energy was produced on the other. To alleviate the negative effects, Slim folded the wire in half and then twisted it before joining the ends together. Viola! The Tensor Ring was born.

Slim later discovered that John Archibald Wheeler had done extensive work with closed loop coils. Wheeler called the “field” created by the loop a “tensor field.”

Tensor Ring

According to the astrophysicist Hans Becker, “when you create a closed loop coil, energy begins to flow and the laws of physics go out the window. They may be the simplest, most efficient source of energy there is- gathering it and condensing it freely from space.”

Interestingly, Pangman and Evans, authors of Dancing with Water: The New Science of Water, noted that Navajo hogans were constructed using positive and negative ends of logs to create a closed loop of specific length, hence creating a Tensor field that augmented the living environment.

What Makes a Working Ring?

Now, don’t run out and make a Tensor Ring — yet. There are two conditions that must be met in the creation of a Tensor Ring. The first requirement is that the wires must be twisted. The reason for this is found in the concept of Common Mode Rejection, as used in basic electronics to cancel out the “noise”, in the electro-magnetic field.

When Slim put a right-handed twist to the folded length of wire, and closed the ends back onto each other, there was a cancellation of the electromagnetic field within the Ring. This created a non-polar column of light.

The second condition for the creation of a working Tensor Ring is the length of the wire. Many people have heard of the Cubit which is a unit of measure from megalithic structures around the globe. The particular Cubit length for the Spurling Rings comes from the Great Pyramid of Giza.

Doug Benjamin, who found and interpreted a lost symbol from within the King’s Chamber, discovered four different Cubit lengths within this symbol. Doug utilized two sets of these Cubit lengths to create “Sacred Space” by effectively neutralizing harmful geomagnetic lines.

Slim began using this set of cubits for Geopathic stress remediation in GDV Imaging of a Tensor Ring and magnet creating a Meissner Effect GDV Imaging of a magnet the Denver area in the 1980’s. Rods of specific Cubit lengths were driven into the ground to neutralize the harmful effects of the Hartman Grid Lines.

The Cubit we are interested in is the Royal Cubit (52.5 cm), which was the length used in the first working Tensor Ring. According to Hans Becker, “the resonant frequency of the Royal or Sacred cubit is 144,000 Hz — a harmonic of the speed of light.”

Slim referred to the Sacred, or Royal, Cubit length as being one ten-millionth of the polar radius of the Earth, and having a relationship to the radius and mass of the hydrogen atom. “Slim and Hans Becker eventually identified another cubit length, 23.49 inches (59.69 cm).

They referred to this as the Lost Cubit because it appeared that it may have been intentionally left out of many ancient, written records. While rings made using the (Royal) Cubit length resonate at 144 MHz. Rings made using the Lost Cubit length resonates at a higher frequency of 177 MHz.”

Through observation, it has been determined that a 1/8, 1/2, 1½, 2, and 3½ Cubit length twisted wire also produce working Tensor Rings. The ½ Cubit Spurling Ring (26.25cm) still emits the same 144 MHz as the full Cubit length of 52.5 cm according to measurements taken by Hans Becker.

Experimentation has revealed that a random length of twisted wire does not necessarily create a working Tensor Ring — and not all cubit lengths produce a working Ring.

My personal experimentation has revealed another Cubit length that creates a Tensor field; Slim’s widow has access to yet another working length. It is postulated that there were 64 different Cubit lengths. I am aware of 19. These have all been closely guarded; just as the knowledge of creating the Tensor Rings has been.

The design of Tensor Rings is based in Sacred Geometry and ancient knowledge — intended to benefit all mankind. It is time for this knowledge to be released.

A Call for Co-Creating

I am neither a quantifier nor a quantum theorist. I consider myself a master builder of subtle energy tools — many of which are based on Slim’s pioneering work. I am an instructor and a healer through the use of subtle energies, yet I have been educated in the value of epistemology.

I do my best to offer theories and evidence in regards to the Tensor Field, though the intent of this article is to call those of you who have passion in what you do, to further this discussion amongst your peers around the world.

Gravity and Coherency

Hartmut Mueller’s global scaling has been discussed with regard to the Spurling Rings, as the Tensor Rings emit a harmonic to a specific gravitational wave.

I suspect that the Tensor field created in Tensor Rings is a type of anti-gravity field. Viktor Grebennikov’s work supports this hypothesis. His work with levitation and the cavity Structural effect (CSE) suggests that the CSEs found in natural geometric structures, such as beehives, reduce the gravitational field.

According to Grebennikov, “This conflicts with the Second Law of Thermal Dynamics, concerning entropy, which is a measure of disorder. Gravity is entropy. The CSE demonstrated the qualities of an anti-gravity field: a high level field of coherency.“

Let’s look at the connection between anti-gravity and coherency

Coherency appears to result from organization which creates a phase relationship between waves and/or particles. The authors of Dancing with Water discuss the molecular structure of water and the resulting coherence through the use of a Tensor Ring. “When water is passed through a Ring, its molecular structure becomes more organized. The longer it sits inside the column, the more refined the structure becomes.”

GDV Imaging of a 1/8 Cubit (2.75 cm diameter) Tensor Ring
Pangman and Evans tell us more…

“According to Phillip Callahan, an expert on paramagnetism, Tensor Rings exhibit a paramagnetic value many times greater than anything ever tested.

This means that Tensor Rings cause some of the elements in water to spin to their high-spin state referred to as ORME [Orbitally-Rearranged Monoatomic Elements]. This has a tremendous impact on water’s molecular structure and on the energetic components of the water.”

Perhaps the increased spin rate explains the gravitational effect on physical structures placed within this column of light. Further evidence is revealed in the website created by Pangman and Evans:

“Place two equal volumes of water in identical containers on a balance scale so that they are equally balanced. Place a Tensor Ring directly over one container. After 24-48 hours, the container with the Ring above it becomes measurably lighter (the difference in weight is dependent on the type and amount of minerals or salts in the water that can enter a high-spin state).”

Moving on to Superconductors

Superconductors have traditionally been created by super-cooling. When a substance reaches what Walther Meissner called “critical temperature,” it cancels or expels nearly all interior magnetic fields. This phenomenon is referred to as the Meissner effect.

HyperPhysics of Georgia State University informs us further about superconductors.

“Zero resistance has been demonstrated by sustaining currents in superconducting lead rings for many years with no measurable reduction, where induced current in an ordinary metal ring decays rapidly.”

Tensor Rings qualify as an all-temperature superconductor. Given David Hudson’s discussion of the potential for pulling energy out of superconductors. I believe Tensor Rings have potential to become a safe and unlimited energy source.

In a Lecture on Superconductors, Hudson Says:

“So what we found out is that the definition of a superconductor is that it does not allow any voltage potential or any magnetic field to exist inside the sample… To get electricity off of a wire requires voltage and to get electricity back on the wire requires a voltage.

So it cannot receive electricity from a wire, it cannot receive the energy of the superconductor back on the wire without voltage.

So now I know your question is ‘so what the heck good is this stuff? If you can’t get energy into it and you can’t get energy back out of it, what the heck good is it?’

Well what you come to find out is that in the superconductor there is a single frequency of light, just like a laser that is flowing perpetually inside the superconductor.

And when it flows inside the superconductor it produces around it what is called a Meissner field which is unique to superconductors. [With] a conductor you put electricity on the wire, you’ve got to take the electricity off or it won’t flow.

You’ve got to ground it, right? With a super conductor it’s not. It can go on and go on and go on and go on… and it doesn’t have to come off. Now if you want to take it off, you have to put a wire next to it and you have to resonance frequency tune the wire to match the superconductor. And when it’s in perfect harmony, you apply a voltage and poof off goes the energy.

So if you literally can make a superconductor that stretches from Portland to New York City and you put energy on over here for two or three or four days. You don’t have to take it off over there. It’s ok; you can keep putting it in. And when they want it in New York they can resonance frequency tune the wire, apply voltage and suck it out.

It gets a free ride from Portland all the way to New York on this quantal wave of the superconductor, as light not electricity. How do you measure it if it has no voltage in it? How is it possible to get a machine that can measure this light? And guess what?

It can’t be done, cause every piece of instrumentation man has ever figured out always uses a differential it must reflect and yet a superconductor has no voltage.

You literally start the superconductor flowing by applying a magnetic field. It responds to the magnetic field by flowing light inside of it and building a bigger Meissner field around it.”

So, What’s in a Tensor Ring?

Slim’s partner, Bill Reid, who was there during the discovery and development of the Tensor Ring, calls it anti-gravity. Clairvoyants see a flow of energy. Those of us sensitive to feeling, know it has some kind of energy.

As Viktor Grebennikov said when trying to prove the existence of CSE “The organism felt it, while the instruments were silent.”

So many of us have seen, felt, and experienced this energy. Beneath the void of scientific validation is an undercurrent of immeasurable potential. Those of you reading this article know this as a truth. I am hopeful that the ideas of Tesla, Spurling, and other visionaries will continue to live through us and become manifest in this world.

Observations of the Tensor Ring

In his private lab, Hans Becker “analyzed water placed in the energy field of the rings using a spectrophotometer and found that the rings altered the optical transmission of the water.

They allow more light to pass through and they changed water’s absorption of photons (light units). These are indications of changes in molecular structure.”

“…if Rings “organize the space” (create coherence) within their energetic column, this would explain their ability to reduce pain and inflammation and their ability to improve the healing response.”

“One of the most practical uses for this ring is raising the energetic level of water. Tap water has about 22,000 Bovis units of energy, whereas water placed within such a ring for a couple of hours, reaches a 1.2 million Bovis unit level.”

“Water so treated has a lower freezing point and a different crystalline ice structure than that of untreated water. Take two identical glasses of ice water, set one in a ring, the other a foot or so away and see which melts first!” (Ibid)

Another beneficial use we have found for the Tensor field is in electromagnetic and geomagnetic field abatement.

Further Observations:

– Enhances plant growth and vitality;

– The taste and smell of Chlorine is diminished in 2-3 hours when ring placed around or below water container;

– Improved taste occurs with re-structuring of water;

– Water changes from very acidic pH to neutral or slightly alkaline when left standing in the ring for 24-48 hours;

– Reports of calming severe nerve damage in wrists, thumbs, knees, and shoulders;

– Stiff wrists and shoulders have relaxed and pain disappeared in a few hours with Rings;

– Known to calm swelling and tension of injuries;

– Found to remediate the harmful effects of electromagnetic and geomagnetic frequencies;

– Placing an object in the energetic column amplifies the object’s vibratory energy;

– Adds to, or synergizes, with all forms of energy healing and healing devices;

– Amplifies subtle energy;

Tensor Rings can be conveyed in different physical forms to create different energy structures and flows. The basic Tensor Ring creates a vortex that flows out in a column of light. Pictured are other tools based on the Tensor Ring.

An Unbiased View of haritaki third eye

Organic and natural Haritaki In addition is available in capsule and powder type. The powder can have very a horrible taste, which can discourage you from using this potent helper routinely. If that is the scenario, for you personally we recommend the capsules.

Within the Ayurveda system it is the “King of Herbs” suggested for ALL health concerns. In addition it recognized for its profit to raise Mind efficiency, improve longevity, awaken the third eye and instinct.

I rolled many hundreds of coconuts employing this method. Going a similar coconut on the bottom was Significantly more durable and I had been not able to try this. I imagine that we become 1 with A further individual less of a challenge than we turn into a person with the ground.

Like a surgeon Haritaki goes strait to the basis. It’s predominantly bitter and astringent flavor is indicative of a poor bedside manner, nevertheless it will get The task accomplished. It’s attributes are as follows:

A systematic overview from 2016 examined the preclinical and smaller human trials which have been executed with specific commercially offered strains of probiotic micro organism and located that among the Those people examined, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillusgenera (B.

Third Eye Awakening is a robust Tremendous food stuff- it ought to be classified in it’s individual class. I use it daily for excess psychological effectiveness. As it boosts the oxygen amount (prana) There exists further leisure from the process so do the job receives completed extremely effortlessly!

This also suits the hypothesis that the illness course of action is strongly depending on a completely or partly intact vagus nerve to have the ability to arrive at and have an effect on the Mind,” she claims.

This is where the clairvoyant observations of Paramahamsa Nithyananda can be found in. He says that he sees the effects of Haritaki around the Mind. He witnesses the Mind turning into clearer since the grooves of negativity from the brain are removed through the Haritaki.

One of many highlights some time Here’s viewing the speedy enhancement in third eye examining because of the Grownups and children. Every single day A growing number of people today present expertise. Today a buddy, Sylvia from Vancouver, came to me and told me that she was requested to read together with her third eye what One more person was imagining.

Therefore an MRI or other scan would show a large lump of calcium phosphate to the Extra resources gland and also other parts of the body.

Sorry, we just need to make sure you’re not a robotic. For greatest outcomes, you should be sure your browser is accepting cookies.

Nithyananda endorses that most of us acquire Haritaki daily as Portion of our regime to improve consciousness.

I are in Calgary, Canada and have not seen Haritaki right here in health food items retailers nor does anybody in this article appear to understand what it is. I’d under no circumstances listened to about Haritaki until I initial begun getting it as A part of a application with my guru in India, Paramahamsa Nithyananda, in 2015. He explained that among other many overall health Advantages, Haritaki really helps to apparent the intestines, which consequently helps to open up up the third eye.

Inside the video clips under you will see that the haritaki and aushadha and initiation is creating really impressive gatherings to take place, which includes transferring of objects Along with the brain, This is certainly generally known as consciousness over matter.

Hara, the Third Eye and Zen – Osho – Sat Sangha Salon

I heard you say that the center of our Buddhahood is at the hara  point inside the body. Is there also a sleeping buddha energy in our hearts and in the third eye?

Do we all have the same potential of remembering, each one with his or her unique expression of creativity?

Please comment.

The hara center is the source of all your energy. It can grow just like a tree grows from the roots into different branches.

According to a different calculation of Patanjali, the energy can be divided into seven centers, but the original source remains the hara. From the hara it can go up.

The seventh center is in the head, and the sixth center is what you call the third eye. The fifth center is in our throat, and the fourth center is exactly in the middle: the heart. Below the heart there are three centers, above the heart there are three centers. But all these seven centers grow like a tree from the original source of the hara. That’s why, in Japanese, suicide is called hara-kiri. People don’t cut their throats, they don’t cut their heads. They simply pierce a small knife into the hara center – just exactly two inches below the navel – and the person dies. And you will not know at all that somebody has committed suicide. Just the energy is released from the body, the source is opened.

I am trying to take you to the very original source. From there, it is up to you to bring your energy into any center you want.

Between the first center, the hara, and the seventh center in the head, the energy can move just like the energy moves into different branches of a tree – from the roots to the uppermost flowering. The hara is the source. When it blossoms, it reaches suddenly to the seventh center, piercing your heart, your throat, and at the seventh center it blossoms as a lotus. Man is also a flowering tree.

These are different ways of looking at things. Patanjali’s yoga is one of the ways; Zen is a totally different approach. To me, Zen seems to be more scientific, while Patanjali seems to be more intellectual and philosophical. Zen begins from the very source.

The buddha is not lying anywhere else other than in the hara; he is not lying in the heart. The energy can be brought to the heart, then the expression will be love. The energy can be brought to the third eye, then you will be able to see things which are not ordinarily visible – auras of people, auras of things, a certain kind of X-ray energy that goes deeper into things. If the same energy moves into the seventh center, according to Patanjali, samadhi is attained – you become enlightened.

But these are different calculations. Rather than talking about samadhi, I would rather encourage you to enter into the source of energy from where everything is going to happen. I don’t like to talk about the flowers much, because that talk will remain simply conceptual. My approach is more pragmatic.

I want you to experience your sleeping energy. And the moment you reach there, it awakens. It sleeps only if you are not there. If your awareness reaches to the source, it wakes up, and in its waking is the Buddhahood. In its waking you become for the first time part of existence: no ego, no self, a pure nothingness.

People are afraid of the word ‘nothingness’. In the second question that fear is clear.

The second question is:

Though you have infused the sutras with life and humor, for me, Zen remains the stark beauty of the desert, and I long for something else.

Why can’t I drop the idea that my way is not via emptiness, but fullness? I still carry this longing for some kind of union, a melting outwards rather than dissolving into nothingness inside.

With whom are you going to melt outside? You don’t know even who you are. And who has told you that Zen is a “stark beauty of the desert”? Zen is perhaps the most beautiful path, full of flowers, songs, joy and laughter.

But the idea of nothingness creates a certain fear of dissolving into a desert. It is just your mind that makes the difference between emptiness and fullness. In realizing either, you will be realizing the other too, because they are two aspects of one thing, of one phenomenon which can either be called nothingness, or can be called fullness.

Zen has chosen rightly to call it nothingness, because fullness can give you misunderstandings. The moment you think of fullness you start imagining. The moment you think of melting into someone outside, immediately a God, a paradise, a heaven, and all kinds of imaginations arise. And those imaginations will prevent you from going anywhere.

I am not helping your imagination at all. I am trying to uproot your imagination in every possible way. I want to leave you without images, in utter silence, in nothingness, because that is the only way to attain fullness.

When the dewdrop disappears in the ocean, it is not that it becomes nothing. Yes, it becomes nothing but it also becomes the ocean. In its disappearing as a dewdrop, on the other side it is also becoming the whole ocean. So the fullness and nothingness are not two things, only two concepts of the mind, but in reality, only two ways of saying one thing. Emptiness, or nothingness, is better because it does not allow any imagination to arise.

Fullness is dangerous. If rightly used there is no problem. Fullness will also dissolve God, and paradise, and heaven and hell, and incarnation. But mind is capable of using the idea of fullness in a way that it cannot use the word ‘nothingness’. To prevent the mind from using the word ‘fullness’ and preventing you from realizing the reality, from Gautam Buddha onwards the word ‘nothingness’ has been chosen. But nothingness is not absence; nothingness is not dead. Nothingness is fullness, but so full that you cannot define it, and you cannot make a limit or a boundary to it.

Unbounded fullness and nothingness, in experience, mean exactly the same. But for the beginner, the word ‘fullness’ is dangerous – and everybody is a beginner.

Begin with something which is less capable of taking you astray from reality. Fullness can be used only by a master who knows that nothingness and fullness are synonymous. But for the beginner it is dangerous, because for him fullness means something opposed to nothingness. If ‘fullness’ is synonymous with ‘nothingness’, then there is no problem. Then the desert becomes the ocean, then there is only beauty and song and dance.

Nothingness gives the idea to the mind that everything will be lost. You will be lost, but the truth is, the moment everything is lost, including you, you have gained the whole universe – all the stars within you, and the vast universe inside your heart. It is not losing anything, so don’t be worried about nothing.

The questioner goes on:

Is this just my refusal to grow up? Am I fooling myself? Are we all to embrace the Zen Manifesto no matter what ‘type’ we feel we are?

There is no question of type. All types are just superficial. At the innermost core there is only one existence. The Zen Manifesto is not for a particular type, it is for all – for men and for women, and for black and white, and for Hindu and Mohammedan, and for Christian and Buddhist. It does not matter what kind of conditioning you have been brought up in, Zen is simply a technique of entering into your veryness. The entrance is so deep that nothing remains, and all is found.

Gurdjieff has written a book, All and Nothing. I would like to withdraw the word ‘and’, because all is nothing; there is no question of ‘and’. Whatever type you are – introvert, extrovert – it does not matter, you are all part of the same existence. And when you relax into existence, all your differences disappear; only oneness remains. You can call that oneness whatever you like, but basically it is nothingness. You can give it any color; you can call it by any name, but don’t start calling it by another name from the beginning, because that can take you astray. Somebody may think that he can call it God, then he will start worshipping a God which is man manufactured.

For the beginner, nothing is the most secure path to avoid the mind playing games. Nothing is beyond the reaches of the mind, so it cannot play games with it. But anything else you name it, mind is capable of playing games with it.

The whole effort of meditation is not to allow the mind to play games. It has been playing games for centuries. One has to come to the point of seeing all the games of the mind: all the gods, all the messiahs, all the prophets, all the religions, all the philosophies.

Existence is available to a silent being, not to the learned, not to the well informed, not to the scholar. It is available to the innocent, and meditation is a way of becoming innocent again. Getting back your childhood, being reborn, knowing nothing, a silence, a joy, a blissfulness arises which is indestructible, which is eternal.

The Ancient Egyptians Knew How to Unleash the Power of the Pineal Gland

The Ancient Egyptian civilization was ahead of many other civilizations around the globe when it flourished on the edges of the River Nile thousands of years ago. This video explores the connection between sacred geometry, the Pineal Gland and the ‘sacred, now lost’ knowledge obtained by the Ancient Egyptians which allowed them to achieve fascinating things thousands of years ago.

Among their knowledge in astronomy, engineering, architecture, medicine, the ancient Egyptians had a very special place for religion and spirituality, knowing exactly how important it was in everyday life.

The Pineal Gland, aka the third eye, is a small cone-shaped part in our brain that is responsible for producing serotonin derivative melatonin which directly deals with our hormones which in turn modulate sleep, wake patterns, and our seasonal functions.

Located near the central part of our brain, the pineal gland occupies a small area between our two hemispheres.

It is considered by many as a portal that connects the physical and spiritual world in human. When activated, the pineal gland offers a sensation of euphoria, and oneness that hills the person mind, offering a sense of knowledge and enlightenment. The pineal gland is considered as a way of traveling between dimensions, referred by many as astral projection or remote viewing.

Curiously, if we look at the Pineal Gland and the Eye of Horus we will find a fascinating similarity.

The Eye of Horus is a symbol that represents protection, royal power, and health. The Eye is usually personified in the goddess Wadjet, and is also referred to as the ‘Eye of Ra’.

The video aims to demonstrate that the builders of the Luxor temple did, in fact, use Sacred Geometry which in turn is also reflected are the exact proportions of the human body.

The video offers clues that the ancient Egyptian civilization used altered states of consciousness with the help of the Pineal Gland which was used by that ancient to explore the realm of the spirits.

The Pineal Gland: One of the biggest secrets withheld from humanity

Ancient cultures knew about the pineal gland and its importance thousands of years ago. Today, little is talked about the Pineal Gland and why ancient cultures believed it was so important.

Thousands of years ago, cultures like the ancient Egyptians knew that the pineal gland was of great importance to humans.

Today, little information is shared about the pineal gland which according to many researchers can help humanity achieve its full potential.

It is considered by many as a portal that connects the physical and spiritual world in humans.

When activated, the pineal gland offers a sensation of euphoria, and oneness that fills the mind, providing a sense of knowledge and enlightenment.

It is said that humans can activate the functionality of the pineal gland through yoga, meditation, and other methods.

The pineal gland is considered as a way of traveling between dimensions, referred by many as astral projection or remote viewing.

Interestingly, remote viewing has been researched by the government.

In fact, Stanford Scientists observed a Man ‘Travel Outside his Body’ & into Space. He was able to accurately view and describe a ring around Jupiter, a ring that scientists had no idea even existed until the Pioneer 10 spacecraft flew past Jupiter.

All of this was said to be achieved via the Pineal Gland.

However, not only were Stanford Scientists and the US government working on projects related to the Pineal Gland, the former Soviet Union, and numerous shadow organizations have been studying the effects for decades.

The information, results and potential benefits related to the Pineal Gland are said to have been locked away from society.

Interestingly, the ancients knew about the power of the pineal gland and through a number of ancient methods and practices –which have been lost for centuries— ancient man was able to control thoughts and actions of other people in the physical world.

But why are we not able to use the full potential of the Pineal Gland today?

An interesting question that deserves a rather simple answer. It is believed that the full potential of the pineal gland is locked due to the amount of SODIUM FLOURIDE people ingest each day.

The Pineal Gland is believed to absorb most of the sodium fluoride that enters our body.

It is believed that this causes the Pineal Gland to work with less ‘juice’ creating an unbalance between hormonal processes in our body.

Interestingly further study related to the Pineal Gland takes us to Rick Strassman, M. D. who firmly believes DMT is highly connected to the pineal gland.

Rick Strassman MD performed the first new human studies with psychedelic drugs in the US in over 20 years.

His research involved the powerful naturally-occurring compound, DMT – N,N-dimethyltryptamine. Led to this substance through his earlier study of the pineal gland as a potential biological locus for spiritual experiences, he administered several hundred doses of DMT to approximately 60 volunteers between 1990 and 1995. He wrote about this research in the popular book, DMT: The Spirit Molecule, which has sold over 100,000 copies, has been translated into 12 languages, and is now available as an audio-book.

It also inspired an independent documentary by the same name, picked up by Warner Bros distributing in Fall, 2011. With three distinguished collaborators, he co-authored Inner Paths to Outer Space, which looks more carefully at the common “other worlds” experience that volunteers frequently reported during his research.

“I was drawn to DMT because of its presence in all of our bodies. I believed the source of this DMT was the mysterious pineal gland, a tiny organ situated in the center of our brains. Modern medicine knows little about this gland’s role, but it has a rich metaphysical history. Descartes, for example, believed the pineal was the ‘seat of the soul’ and both Western and Eastern mystical traditions place our highest spiritual center within its confines.” (Source)

Third Eye: What It Is And How It Relates To Yoga

You don’t have to participate in Hinduism, Buddhism or yoga to have heard about the third eye located in the center of your forehead, associated with the pineal gland. Take, for instance, the common saying, “third eye blind.” But what is the third eye, exactly?

The third eye, Hinduism and Buddhism

In Hinduism, the third eye is linked to the Lord Shiva. It’s known as the eye of wisdom through which Shiva can see reason beyond the physical world. It can also cause destruction (AKA, burn things to ash).

Legend has it, Shiva opened his for the first time when his wife, Sati, died.

Grief-stricken, Shiva went into deep meditation. Sati was reborn as the goddess Parvati, and when the Hindu goddess of love, Kamdeva, came to awaken Shiva with an arrow, he opened his third eye out of anger and burned her to ash. This represented a diversion from desire.

In Hindu culture, “bindis” (traditionally red dots) are commonly worn on the forehead to represent a spiritual connection to God.

In Buddhism, the third eye advises people to “see the world with their mind.” Statues of Buddha include this inner eye as a representation of higher consciousness.

The third eye and yoga

The third eye is discussed a lot in yoga practice.

Yogis believe that there are seven parts of your body, or chakras, through which energy flows. They are the crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral and root.

This inner, invisible eye is the sixth chakra, also referred to as Ajna (additionally called the “brow chakra” — yes, there are a lot of names for it, just bear with me). It’s associated with light, intuition and perception.

When chakras are blocked, this triggers “physical, mental or emotional imbalances that manifest in symptoms such as anxiety, lethargy or poor digestion,” according to Yoga Journal. That’s where the right poses and meditation come in.

Mind Body Green states that this sixth chakra controls our “ability to focus on and see the big picture.” So, unblocking tension there makes sense.

Poses for this inner eye

Vicki Howie from ChakraBoosters.com suggests doing either Child’s pose or downward dog with your forehead resting on a bolster (AKA, a pillow).

These are the easiest types of poses to activate your third eye, especially if you’re just starting out. Watch her demonstrate them below:

For a standing pose, Very Well Fit suggests trying the eagle, “in which you can bring your thumb to your third eye as you forward bend.” (Watch an example here.)

You can also try focusing on the center of the forehead during meditation.

These poses and/or meditation will ultimately allow you to see past the physical world and feel more in tune with yourself.

Osho: The Third Eye Experience

by Conscious Reminder

Osho, a contemporary mystic speaks on virtually every aspect of human consciousness. In these talks Osho Talks about Esoteric Science and Third Eye.

Here Osho responds to the following questions:

The other day, you talked about the third eye as a door for connecting with you and existence. Whenever i feel open, flowing, connecting with you, other people, nature or myself, i mostly feel it in my heart as silence and expanding spaciousness, and sometimes as radiating light.

Beloved osho,

Is this the same kind of experience you were talking about, or is there a difference between connecting through the third eye or the heart; or are there different stages?

Vedant Amod, what you are experiencing is in itself valuable, but it is not the experience of the third eye. The third eye is a little higher than your experience.

The way the mystics in the East have categorized the evolution of consciousness is in seven centers. Your experiences belong to the fourth center, the heart. It is one of the most important centers, because it is exactly in the middle. Three centers are below it and three centers are above it. That’s why love is such a balancing experience.

Your description is, “Whenever I feel open, flowing, connecting with you, other people, nature or myself, I mostly feel it in my heart as silence and expanding spaciousness, and sometimes as radiating light. Is this the same kind of experience you were talking about?”

I was talking about the third eye, which is above the heart. There are three centers above the heart. One is in your throat, which is the center of creativity; one is between your two eyebrows, exactly in the middle, which is called the third eye. Just as you have two eyes to know the outside world… the third eye is only a metaphor, but the experience is knowing oneself, seeing oneself.

The last center is sahasrara, the seventh; that is at the top of your head. As consciousness goes on moving upwards, first you know yourself, and in the second step you know the whole universe; you know the whole and yourself as part of it.

In the old language, the seventh is “knowing God,” the sixth is “knowing yourself,” the fifth is “being creative,” and the fourth is “being loving, sharing and knowing others.”

With the fourth, your journey becomes certain; it can be guaranteed that you will reach the seventh. Before the fourth, there is a possibility you may go astray.

The first center is the sex center, which is for reproduction — so that life continues. Just above it… the sex energy can be moved upwards, and it is a great experience; for the first time you find yourself self-sufficient.

Sex always needs the other. The second center is the center of contentment, self- sufficiency: you are enough unto yourself. At the third center you start exploring — who are you? who is this self-sufficient being? These centers are all significant….

The moment you find who you are, the fourth center opens and you find you are love.

Before the fourth the journey has started, but there is a possibility you may not be able to complete it. You can go astray. For example, finding yourself self-sufficient, contented, you can remain there; there is no need to do anything anymore. You may not even ask the question, “Who am I?” The sufficiency is so much that all questions disappear.

A master is needed in these moments, so that you don’t settle somewhere in the middle without reaching the goal. And there are beautiful spots to settle… feeling contented, what is the need to go on? But the master goes on nagging you and wants you to know who you are; you may be contented, but at least know who you are. The moment you know who you are, a new door opens, because you become aware of life, of love, of joy. You can stay there; it is so much, there is no need to move any more. But the master goads you on, “Move to the fourth! Unless you find the purest energy of love, you will not know the splendor of existence.”

After the fourth, you cannot go astray. Once you have known the splendor of existence, creativity arises on its own. You have known beauty; you would like to create it also.

You want to be a creator. A tremendous longing for creativity arises. Whenever you feel love, you always feel creativity just as a shadow coming with it. The man of creativity cannot simply go on looking outside. There is much beauty outside… but he becomes aware that just as there is an infinite sky outside, to balance it there must be the same infinity inside.

If a master is available, it is good; if he is not available, these experiences will lead you onwards.

So these are the seven centers — just arbitrarily created divisions, so the seeker can move from one to another in a systematic way; otherwise, there is every possibility, if you are working by yourself, to get muddled. Particularly before the fourth center there are dangers, and even after the fourth center….

Mike had decided to join the police force and went along for the entrance examination.

The examining sergeant, realizing that the prospective recruit was an Irishman, decided to ask him a simple question. “Who killed Jesus Christ?” he asked.

Mike looked worried and said nothing, so the sergeant told him not to worry and that he could have some time to think about it. Mike was on his way home when he met Paddy.

“Well,” said Paddy, “are you a policeman yet?”

“Not only that,” says Mike, “but I am on my first case.”

Man is such that he needs someone who has known the path and knows the pitfalls, knows the beautiful spots where one can remain stuck, and has compassion enough to go on pushing you — even against you — until you have reached to the final stage of your potentiality.
